The shortlist is the result of the work of a judging panel consisting of senior figures in retail: Paul Wilkinson, head of technology research at Tesco Labs; Martin Newman, CEO at Practicology; Simon Harrow, former CEO of Elevaate; Sean McKee, director of e-commerce and CX at Schuh; Steve Robinson, consulting director at Alliants, Lawrence Shaw, CEO at Sitemorse, and Bertrand Bodson, chief digital and marketing officer at Sainsbury’s Argos.

Retail Insider would like to thank the judges for their time and also to the sponsors of the awards. The winners will be announced on the evening of October 4.
