Searching for the ‘Disruptors & Innovators in Retail 2026’
This year’s search for the talented individuals to be included in the ‘Disruptors & Innovators in Retail report 2026’ has been completed and we look forward to revealing the Top 30 names very soon.
The report is a collaboration between Retail Insider x Retail Technology Show and involves an Advisory Panel who recently met up to debate the potential candidates for inclusion this year.
They have come up with a terrific list of 30 people who will be revealed ahead of #RTS2026 at Excel on April 22 & 23. The Top 10 will join the Hall of Fame for 2026 and add themselves to the illustrious names from previous years.
Many thanks to this year’s panel for their work. Sandrine Deveaux (Mathieu), Sienne Veit, Charlotte Morley, Andrew Xeni, Laura Harricks, Melissa Reed, Rosie Bailey and Daisy Kelly, Paddy Earnshaw, Gareth Jones and Rebecca DeNiro.
They took their role very seriously and gave some feedback on their involvement and the value of the report.

“It was a privilege to be part of the judging panel this year. While it can look deceptively easy to launch something new in retail and scaling brands, the changing of customer behaviour and market norms is far harder. There is no AI magic wand when it comes to influencing human behaviour. That’s why it’s so important to celebrate these innovators and disruptors, and I’m delighted to support this initiative.”
Daisy Kelly, founder – Glow For It
“I had the honour of being invited to contribute to the Disruptors & Innovators Report 2026. Having followed the report over the past few years, it was a real privilege to be included in the judging process. There have been so many standout brands and founders leading the way in reshaping the retail landscape this year, and I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the candidates alongside such an experienced and established group. It was a thoughtful and considered process, and I truly believe the names put forward represent the innovation and energy within the business space in 2026 and beyond.”
